Evesham Township School District

Making the world a better place, one student at a time.

Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG)

Special Education Parent Advisory Group (SEPAG)

“Each district board of education shall ensure that a special education parent advisory group is in place in the district to provide input to the district on issues concerning students with disabilities (N.J.A.C. 6A:14-1.2(h))”

Inclusion is a right, not a privilege for a select few.

What is a SEPAG?

  • State mandated, district level/parent driven group
  • Provides input on special education and related services within the district
  • Helps improve educational outcomes for all students
  • Helps identify unmet needs or improve upon current needs being met
  • Helps shape the development of programs and services
  • Improves district culture and climate

Who are the SEPAG representatives for my school?

All parents are invited to attend our SEPAG meetings and events. However, in an effort to ensure representation from all schools and programs, building representatives have been selected from each school to collaborate with district administration on a SEPAG leadership committee.
