At a time of tremendous change in public education, including dramatic shifts in funding, assessment, and accountability, Dr. Blachford focuses on the achievement of all students. He is a transformational educational leader committed to the success of every student. 2020-2021 Budget Update

The 2020-2021 preliminary school budget was presented at the January 23, 2020 Evesham Township Board of Education Meeting. It is estimated that the Evesham Township School District will receive a reduction in State aid of $1,423,539. We will maintain our current instructional programs, class sizes, focus on student achievement, and enhancements on staff professional development. To accomplish this, we will implement capital reserve projects as well as limit spending on supplies, non-instructional equipment, and capital projects.

The estimated state aid reduction through 2024-2025 is $7,929,362. If this remains accurate, it will be difficult to maintain our high quality of instruction. Please continue to follow our budget and support our efforts to obtain more state funding.

Additional information regarding the budget is posted on this website.

Evesham Education Foundation

The Evesham Education Foundation is an independent, non-political, non-profit organization established in 1995 to support excellence in education. The 15 member board is made up of business leaders, concerned parents and educators. All contribute their time and experience overseeing fundraising events and making sure that 100% of the money raised is used exclusively to fund programs that have proven value. Over the years the Evesham Education Foundation has supported several school district initiatives including CAPPS (Coordinated Arts Program for Primary Students), Genesis Counseling Program, and Metamorphosis Program. In addition, the foundation has expanded their support to include funding for middle school athletic uniforms and two academic summer programs. The summer programs are a literacy support program for incoming second and third graders and a Tier III enrichment extension program for gifted and talented students.
