Law School Wellness Week | University of Chicago Law School

School Wellness Week is celebrated annually in March to coincide with National Nutrition Month.  This year's theme is "Fuel for the Future."  Our goal as a district is to promote lifelong healthy behaviors, such as:
  • Prioritize family meal times.
  • Include a variety of healthy foods from all of the food groups on a regular basis.
  • Drink more water.
  • Be mindful of portion sizes.  Eat and drink the amount that is right for you.
  • Find activities that you enjoy and be physically active most days of the week.
  • Fix healthy snacks.
  • Stay positive and be kind.
  • Be well rested.
  • Connect with others in creative ways, while following all current health and safety guidelines due to the pandemic.
  • Reduce your screen time, where possible.
